I fondly look back at my time during college, and although my career path has altered from my original goals, I’ve taken my experience and knowledge from college to transfer it to my current career as a chef.
As of now, I have 9 years of experience and am now at a Jr Sous Chef Level. I’ve worked in London and Manchester, and that’s thanks to the confidence and positive reinforcement I received during my time at college.
