Ultra Horizon Ltd are a group of eight fast-growing companies seeking a diligent and organised Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This position offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of businesses and gain broad experience in financial operations.
The role:
- Process day-to-day financial transactions across multiple entities
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports
- Manage supplier invoices, orders, and purchase records
- Support bank reconciliations and payment processing
- Provide general administrative and finance support as required
Desired skills:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Excel and confident working with numerical data
Desired personal qualities:
- Reliable, proactive, fast-learner and able to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrates integrity, accuracy, and a willingness to learn
Desired qualifications and experience:
- GCSE at grade 4 or above in English and maths (essential)
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Previous experience in a bookkeeping or finance-based role
- Familiarity with accounting software
