ABT Products Ltd is a local manufacturing company based in Ross-on-Wye. Established over 50 years ago, they are the UK’s leading Cab, Chassis and Rollbar Manufacturer. Supplying a complete product solution either as a full sub-assembly, or a finished machine. ABT pride themselves on working closely with their customers to understand their requirements and the application of the end user.
The role:
- Support the posting of purchase ledger invoices
- Support raising purchase orders for the business
- Posting the credit card and employee expenses
- Support the creation of sales invoices
- Preparing payment requests on HSBC
- Posting and allocating cash receipts onto ledger
- Maintaining cash books for Winman
- Completing month-end bank and balance sheet reconciliations with investigation of variances
- Assisting in the statutory audit process including sample collation
- Supporting Credit Control
Desired skills:
- Good knowledge of Office 365
- Good communication skills

- Confident
- Attention to detail
- Mature attitude to a working environment
Desired qualifications:
- GCSE in English and maths at grade 4 or above, or functional skills level 2
Future prospects?
- A permanent position in the Finance department will be available upon successful completion of your apprenticeship. Ongoing internal training will also be provided.
