Apprenticeship details

Gwatkin Red Cow Tavern is a small restaurant serving honest food prepared to a high standard from the best of local produce. Part of the established Gwatkin Cider Company, the Tavern opened in May 2022 and has grown in popularity serving breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Seating approximately 40 people and set in the beautiful golden valley.

The role:

  • Work alongside the chefs during preparation and service
  • Help with cooking and general kitchen duties
  • Keep all areas of the kitchen clean and tidy ready for service the next day

  • For the right candidate there will be the opportunity to progress in to a permanent position within the team.
