The role:
- The role is critical in providing essential, professional and comprehensive support to the board of directors and other healthcare professionals and includes production of letters, reports, data entry, preparation of legal bundles, dealing with telephone calls and visitors and room bookings.
Essential skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively and politely, including with senior staff and external stakeholders
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage own workload
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer skills
- Excellent telephone manner
Desirable experience:
- Previous NHS or healthcare experience
- Previous secretarial experience
Essential qualifications:
- GCSE in English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
