This is an exciting opportunity to work within the IT team as a IT Support Apprentice, providing support to a great team at a well established company with over 50 years of experience of producing hydraulic cylinders within a variety of different sectors.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Receive and respond to IT and communication equipment failures and upgrades
- Install/replace and set up ITC hardware
- Administer purchase of supplies relating to printer cartridges
- Provide support in works order management
- Provide administrative support to the Resources Team
- Provide analysis and reporting on performance data
- Provide expertise and support in delivering company projects
- Communicate with key infrastructure suppliers as required

GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade 4) desirable
