This course is specifically designed to enable students to develop the knowledge and study skills to progress to higher education. It will also include UCAS and university application and interview preparation. The course is specifically designed to accommodate those with family or work commitments and includes approximately 14 hours taught and 20 self-study hours per week. There will be a variety of assessments throughout the year to develop the skills needed to succeed at university, including essays, coursework and presentations.
