Professional accounting/tax technicians have responsibility for creating, verifying and reviewing accurate and timely financial information within the organisation in which they are employed or on behalf of another organisation. This will be performed to meet relevant ethical, professional and legal standards, and will draw on the individual’s knowledge of the business systems and processes, as well as standard accounting and tax practices.
A certificate of completion from the Institute for Apprenticeships.
AAT Level 4 Diploma in Accounting.
Apprentices can become a ACCA, Chartered Accountant and take up senior accounting positions within a company

Assessment is by modular exams.
Suitable employment on or prior to starting the apprenticeship training programme.
An appropriate level of maths and English (assessed prior to apprenticeship start)
