Lead adult care workers are frontline staff who support adults. This apprenticeship will equip you to work in many care roles. You will learn skills such as leading and supporting colleagues, supporting people according to a personal care plan, contributing to the development of care and support plans and safeguarding.
A certificate of completion from the Institute for Apprenticeships.
City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (Lead).
Apprentices can progress to the Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care apprenticeship
