Course Content
The intermediate level course is designed to further develop the skills gained on the Beginners (level 1) course.
The course will focus on the more advanced cake designs and decorating techniques, including piping cupcakes with buttercream and piping flowers, wired flowers and modelling.

Materials Required
The items below will be required for the first lesson
- Flower modelling paste (Renshaw) white
- Rolling pin (small)
- Paint brush
- Sugar glue
- Notepad and pen
- Sandwich bags
- Apron and kit box
You will also need the following items as the course progresses (this will be explained):
- Suitable box for transportation
- Pallet knife
- Craft knife
- Cocktail sticks
- Ball tool
- J cloths x 3
- Tea towel
- Apron
- Notepad and pen
- Flower modelling paste (white)
- Cupcakes
- Butter Cream
- Icing(sugar paste)
Course Fee
Tuition Fee: £60.00 (this includes a charge for additional materials of £10.00)
Additional costs: The cost of the materials listed above will be at your own expense
