This qualification is aimed at individuals who operate mowers as part of their work in agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, grounds maintenance, greenkeeping, parks, gardens and also in amenity use. It will provide the individual with the knowledge, understanding and skills required to prepare and operate a mower safely and to industry standards in line with current legislation.

The personal protective equipment (PPE) you will be asked to provide must comply with legal requirements.
The assessment is with an independent assessor and will be made up of both practical assessment and one to one questioning. The recommended duration for approx. 2 hours.
