This charge identified is applicable to learners aged 16-18 who qualify for funding. Learners aged 19+ will have to pay this charge and possibly tuition and exam fees. * Fees are chargeable each year and the fees quoted will be for the current year only, if the course is more than 1 year further fees will be due next year.
This course will provide you with an introduction to electrical installation and the core skills and knowledge you will require to progress towards the journey to becoming a qualified electrician. You will spend most of your time working hands-on in the electrical workshop, developing practical skills and techniques.The course will also cover essential theoretical aspects, underpinning your developing skills in areas such as electrical science and technology.
City and Guilds Level 1 Electrical Installation
Study options may include Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installation or Level 2 Apprenticeship in Electrical Installation. Employment options may include working towards becoming an electrical improver (electrician’s mate), employment with an electrical contractor.
