This charge identified is applicable to learners aged 16-18 who qualify for funding. Learners aged 19+ will have to pay this charge and possibly tuition and exam fees. The course will give opportunities to work as a team on enterprise projects, partner with local organisations for regular volunteering and team events for charity fundraising. All this alongside, developing your written skills for further study and continuing GCSE English and maths.
Gateway Level 2 Certificate in Vocational Studies
On successful completion, your study options may include progression to a full vocational L2
programme. Employment options may include assistant and support roles in various industries.
Are you looking to expand your progression and employment chances? Enhance your practical skills through enterprise and community action? If yes, then Level 2 Enterprise and Volunteering could be the ideal course for you.
Assessment is through assignments and team projects. There are no examination for vocational units. All full-time students are also required to study maths and English at the appropriate level – please refer to the study programmes page of this website.
