This course is aimed at those who are already fairly confident with basic IT skills but need help with further tasks. Topics may include:

• Organising files and folders efficiently

• Advanced document editing and presentation software

• Spreadsheet software fundamentals

• Web browsers, search engines, and internet safety

• Email organisation, etiquette, and effective communication strategies

• Cybersecurity awareness and best practice

• Identifying and resolving common IT issues

• Basics of programming and coding
