L2 Certificate of Competence in Tractor Driving & Related Operations

This course is for individuals who operate tractors as part of their work. It will provide the individual with the knowledge, understanding and skills required to prepare and operate a tractor and attachments safely and to industry standards in line with current legislation. The course covers: safe driving of a tractor; pre-use maintenance; safety checks and recognition of controls and instruments. The test covers the use of the tractor in a range of situations, including reversing, trailer hitching, attaching a 3 point linkage and PTO driven attachments.
