About the course

This level 2 course delivers the practical and theoretical knowledge required to succeed and progress within the industry. Not only will you cook and prepare food in our fully equipped, industry-standard kitchens, you will also learn how to serve guests to a high standard in our training restaurant, which is open to members of the public. Furthermore, you will participate in competitions and industry visits, which are an important part of this learning process, and develop understanding of the role to meet the expectations of a future employer.
