This charge identified is applicable to learners aged 16-18 who qualify for funding. Learners aged 19+ will have to pay this charge and possibly tuition and exam fees. * Fees are chargeable each year and the fees quoted will be for the current year only, if the course is more than 1 year further fees will be due next year.
If you enjoy meeting people and have a confident and outgoing personality then studying hairdressing is an excellent choice. This course will expand your practical and theoretical knowledge to include intermediate techniques, you will create highly professional looks and finishes. Working in the college’s fully equipped commercial salon, you will be provided with an excellent learning environment for hairdressing.
VTCT Level 2 Barbering
Study options may include: Level 3 Hairdressing or a Level 2 Beauty Therapy course. Employment options may include salon stylist, mobile stylist, sales and distribution, or working on a cruise liner

Basic colouring techniques
Style and finish hair
Shampoo, condition and treat the hair and scalp
Assessment will be via either writen or online Exams & practical assessments
GCSE grade C (Level 4) incl. maths and English
