Care planning relates to addressing a person’s full range of needs while taking account of their circumstances and preferences. It aims to involve people in decisions about their care and to achieve the outcomes they want.
This nationally recognised qualification will allow you to understand person-centred thinking and planning, develop and implement care plans and observe, monitor and report on the care activities you are responsible for. It is suitable for learners aged 19+ who are looking to enter into, or progress within, care and support roles or other jobs where an understanding of care planning is required.
