This charge identified is applicable to learners aged 16-18 who qualify for funding. Learners aged 19+ will have to pay this charge and possibly tuition and exam fees. * Fees are chargeable each year and the fees quoted will be for the current year only, if the course is more than 1 year further fees will be due next year.
You will develop the practical skills, knowledge and behaviours to help you take a step closer to working in the auto care and maintenance industries and a higher level. You will learn to handle and utilise specialist tools, equipment and testing systems and gain a good understanding of the industry.
City and Guilds Level 1 Technical Diploma in Motor Vehicle Service
Level 2 Diploma in Motor Vehicle Service, Maintenance and Repair. Employment options may include (after completing a higher level or apprenticeship) motor vehicle technician, body repairer, or fitter, auto electrician, breakdown engineer.

A minimum of four GSCEs at grade 2, including English and maths and a strong interest in vehicle maintenance.
