This charge identified is applicable to learners aged 16-18 who qualify for funding. Learners aged 19+ will have to pay this charge and possibly tuition and exam fees. * Fees are chargeable each year and the fees quoted will be for the current year only, if the course is more than 1 year further fees will be due next year.
This course is designed to further develop the practical skills and theoretical understanding of vehicle and systems, building on what was learned at Level 2. The focus of this course is on the skills and understanding associated with diagnosis and rectification of complex faults in a range of vehicle systems. Individuals further develop their skills in our fantastic workshops, using a range of complex tools and specialist equipment, under the guidance of our expert staff, all of whom have extensive industrial experience in the vehicle repair sector.
This qualification is the equivalent of up to 84 UCAS Points.
Progression routes may include an apprenticeship or MOT Tester’s course (subject to appropriate experience), industry or higher education.
