A Yoga class focusing on building core strength, flexibility and balance. This class is suitable for people with some experience of yoga or Pilates but may also be suitable for beginners with a good level of fitness as modifications are available.
By the end of the course you can expect to be able to do the following
- To increase flexibility
- To improve posture and balance
- To develop core strength
- To improve respiration, energy and vitality
- To increase sense of calmness and well-being
You will need: Please wear comfortable clothes, wear suitable shoes and you may wish to bring a bottle of water. Covid 19 Secure regulations please bring your own yoga mat, blocks and straps.
About the tutor: Jo Geoghegan has been teaching yoga since early 2015. She loves to see her clients building in confidence and gaining strength, flexibility and balance.
