FULL-TIME LECTURER / COURSE TUTOR IN COMPUTING
Salary: £28,512 – £36,957 depending on qualifications and experience
To deliver a range of subjects to mainly full time 16-19 year old students, students studying Computing qualifications at Levels 2, 3 & 4. Subjects being sought include Programming, Networking, Business Practice, Project Management, Artificial Intelligence & Intelligent Systems, Database Design and Development, Cyber Security and Game Development.
As part of the role, you will also be expected to carry out the associated organisational / administrative processes including preparation of work, marking and assessment, course tutorship, student welfare and counselling and to support and participate fully in the ongoing Faculty and College activities to achieve the College’s key mission and objectives.
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (minimum HND) and have relevant work / industrial experience within the Computing industry. Those without teaching experience, but willing to train towards, are welcome to apply.
