North Shropshire College is seeking an inspiring and dynamic Head of College to lead us into our next phase of growth and excellence.
As Head of College, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
- Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation.
- Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum programmes for full and part time students.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and shape the future vision of the college.
- Ensure effective operational and financial management of the institution.
Based at North Shropshire College Oswestry, the successful candidate will lead a team of staff who put the learner into the heart of everything they do. We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about further education and the success of our students.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, be an outstanding educator and have proven, excellent leadership skills. This will be coupled with experience of post-16 education.
