We are seeking lecturers in health and social care who will deliver across our provision and provide course leadership for at least one of our full-time programmes. This post provides an excellent opportunity for either a qualified teacher, a graduate or a vocationally experienced professional interesting in pursuing a career as a health and social care teacher.

This role will allow you to deliver exciting and interactive teaching, learning and assessment whilst ensuring we provide an outstanding experience for all learners. You will become part of a great existing team who are committed to supporting every student to achieve their potential.

Health & Social Care is one of the largest departments in this highly successful Further Education College. Provision within the department supports learners from aged 16 to adult on qualifications at Levels 2 and above including BTEC, NCFE, Access to Higher Education and the Foundation Degree which we deliver in partnership with the University of Worcester. We also have a range of effective and innovative employer links across the region who support our students by offering industry placements, workplace visits and guest speaking.

The ideal candidate will already have a recognised teaching qualification at L5 or above or be willing to work towards this qualification. You’ll have relevant experience of working within Health and Social Care and a strong awareness of current developments in the field and be able to combine this with an ability to inspire others.
