Football News: TNS Under 19s beat Haverfordwest County 4-1 in the Cymru Premier Development League National Final for the first time in their history.
North Shropshire College are delighted to report on this outstanding achievement by the Young Saints football team.
The National Final took place on Tuesday 7th May at Newtown FC’s Latham Park.
The Young Saints took the lead from the 16th minute with a spectacular goal scored by Dan Tilsley. Haverfordwest equalised in the 23rd minute but by the 51st minute, the Young Saints were back in the lead 2-1. Thanks to a goal from Tyler Roberts.
Louis Crofts scored the next goal in the 66th minute. In the 77th minute, Tom Jones scored the final goal.
