About the course

To work in care is to make a positive difference in someone’s life and enable them achieve goals and live as independently and as safely as possible. You will be providing frontline care for vulnerable people in various settings. Becoming an apprentice adult care worker will give you the skills and knowledge to provide high quality care and ensure that compassion and empathy are used at all times. You’ll learn how to support people according to a personal care plan, follow risk assessments and more.
