SHORT COURSES
This one-day course is for the Award in Safe use of Pesticides Ground Crop Sprayers (PA2). This training course is designed for spray operators and pest control technicians who require a certificate for pesticide applications using a machine mounted boom sprayer (tractor, ATV).

Minimum Age:
Students need to be 19 years or older to enrol on this course
Dates:
7th October 2026 with the assessment (1/2 a day) on 12th October
10th March 2027 with the assessment (1/2 a day) on either 11,12 March 2027
12th May 2027 with the assessment (1/2 a day) on either 13,14 May 2027
14th July 2027 with the assessment (1/2 a day) on either 15,16 July 2027

Equipment
Candidates should bring wellingtons and spray overalls (minimum type 6 for chemicals).
The NPTC assessment will take place on a separate day; a time will be allocated to you during your training.
Applicants must be 19 years or above to enrol on this course and have achieved the Foundation Module PA1.
* Fees are chargeable each year and the fees quoted will be for the current year only, if the course is more than 1 year further fees will be due next year.
