I first started my journey studying the Advanced Course, which helped me build my confidence at college, as well as getting an Employability Level 1 Certificate.
I then moved on to the BTEC Applied Science course, where I found my passion and love for science. The tutor really did set me up for university, which made me feel confident in my first year of university when it came to writing assignments and learning to reference.
Now that I’m in my third year of university studying biomedical science, all I can say is thank you to all the NSC staff for being supportive in my post-16 education, as it really sets you up for life outside of college, even if you don’t go on to university.
I feel inspired every day when I’m studying science, and I couldn’t have done that without my tutor Mike. So thank you! 🙂
