Industry partnerships
There are many ways in which you can become and industry partner with us, for example:
- Recruit an apprentice or T Level placement student.
- Review and feedback on our curriculum to shape future teaching and learning.
- Be a guest speaker or site visitor to inspire learners about industry efforts.
- Collaborate on projects to be apart of funded initiatives.
- Upskill your team with short courses or bespoke training.
- Hire our spaces – we have rooms and facilities for hire out of term time including large spaces, suites and rooms.
Commercial use of facilities
We are a five colleges group with facilities across Herefordshire and Shropshire. Venue hire out of term time may be explored, for example:
- Hiring our events suite, sports facilities or business suites for corporate functions, events and networking.
- Book catering with us for external events, using college kitchens and student hospitality.
Enterprise
The college values enterprise and innovation, and you can collaborate in a number of ways, for example:
- Support student-led businesses by considering taking equity or offering seed funding for start ups.
- Want to host an event that attracts young people e.g hackathons? We may have the audience and interest.
Commercial courses and training
The colleges offers part time, short course, distance learning and bespoke provisions. Have you considered?:
- Skills Bootcamps to upskill your staff? We have provision in Green Skills Construction; Early Years; Health; Hair; and Digital.
- Tailored programmes for businesses. We have funded provision in Leadership & Management; agriculture subjects such as PA1 and Tractor Operations.
Consultancy and services
- The college fully supports young people and their future. We have data analysis which may support your local business.
- In addition, the college has plenty of staff expertise, both academic and support. We can offer your business consultancy services in areas like education, engineering, health, construction or business, for example.
- Could you contribute to shaping the curriculum? Industry experts are much needed across all subjects delivered at the college. We would welcome your contribution and feedback via our advisory forums.
