The course will focus, refine and advance your practical skills in preparation, cooking and presenting a wide range of foods. You will work as part of a team in the College’s industry-standard kitchen and restaurant developing supervision skills, as well as complete a period of industry work experience with an employer. You will also have the opportunity to take part in events, visits and competitions which will enable you to gain valuable experience.
Speciality Advanced courses such as Patisserie or a Foundation Degree in Culinary Arts. Employment in a role within the industry.
