About the course

The course will focus, refine and advance your practical skills in preparation, cooking and presenting a wide range of foods. You will work as part of a team in the College’s industry-standard kitchen and restaurant developing supervision skills, as well as complete a period of industry work experience with an employer. You will also have the opportunity to take part in events, visits and competitions which will enable you to gain valuable experience.
