This course will help prepare you for the exciting equine world and help you get a step closer to working in the industry or further progression. The course will give you the fundamental knowledge, skills and behaviours you will need to achieve.
Level 2 Technical Certificate in Equine Care.
Progression routes may include Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Equine Management or equivalent. Level 2 or 3 apprenticeships.
Employment options may include trainee groom, stable assistant, riding school worker.

A minimum of 5 GCSE grade 3 (D) or above incl. maths and English or a Level 1 Diploma at Merit or above with equivalent English and maths.
This charge identified is applicable to learners aged 16-18 who qualify for funding. Learners aged 19+ will have to pay this charge and possibly tuition and exam fees.
