Please wear comfortable clothes, wear suitable shoes and you may wish to bring a bottle of water. Please bring your own yoga Mat, blocks and straps.
About the Tutor:
Jo Geoghegan has been teaching yoga since early 2015. She loves to see her clients building in confidence and gaining strength, flexibility and balance.
