The Leadership and Management Skills Bootcamp is an ideal opportunity for new and aspiring managers seeking promotion within the sector.
You will develop your skills, confidence and competence using a variety of work-based leadership and management scenarios. The Bootcamp will act as a refresher for you dealing with day to day issues in a leadership / management role and will prepare you for your next career steps in the NHS and Social Care sectors.
Delivered virtually , you will explore over 7 weeks, topics such as workforce planning, managing and chairing meetings and handling compassionate and courageous conversations.

Dealing with Conflict, Holding difficult conversations, Time management, Managing resources, Communication, Principles of developing, managing and leading teams
Discussion, role play, reflective practice.
No formal entry requirements however, candidiates must be either new or aspiring leaders within their current workplace.
