Join this Hatha Yoga course for adults designed to improve physical health, flexibility, strength, and mental wellbeing. Classes run at the Gateway Adult and Community Education Centre in Shrewsbury.

What qualification will I gain?

This is a non-accredited adult learning course and does not lead to a formal qualification. However, learners will

receive recognition of participation and achievement through ongoing tutor feedback and evidence of skills

development throughout the course.
