The The Savoy Educational Trust has awarded significant funding to support the refurbishment and enhancement of the onsite training restaurants at Herefordshire, Ludlow and North Shropshire College (HLNSC) campuses in Oswestry and Hereford.
The investment is helping HLNSC create modern, industry-standard learning environments for students studying professional cookery and hospitality courses.
The refurbishment project includes upgraded kitchens, restaurant spaces, and professional catering equipment designed to reflect current hospitality industry standards. These improvements will help hospitality and catering students develop the practical skills, confidence, and experience needed for successful careers in the hospitality industry.
Phil, Professional Cookery Lecturer at HLNSC, said:
