HLNSC is seeking an organised and motivated and detail-focused individual to join our busy MIS & Exams team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with information, systems and people. As part of a team that sits at the heart of the College, you will play a key role in ensuring that learner data is accurate and compliant.
We are looking for someone who is quick to learn, confident using IT systems and databases, reliable and committed to getting things right first time. You will be comfortable working with large volumes of information, maintaining strict confidentiality and building positive working relationships with colleagues across the College.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of learner and curriculum data, working closely with the curriculum teams, support services and learners. The role also provides opportunities to support the Exams function during key periods throughout the academic year.
Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role, including specialist training in our student records and awarding body systems, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in a professional administrative environment.
