Leading legal firm Lanyon Bowdler joins Herefordshire College’s patron scheme to support future business professionals
Herefordshire is pleased to welcome leading regional law firm Lanyon Bowdler as a new partner in the College’s Patron Scheme for the 2026/27 academic year.
The partnership brings together education and industry to provide students with invaluable access to professional expertise, helping ensure they develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to thrive in today’s workplace.
Through a programme of employer led activities, Lanyon Bowdler will support students and staff throughout the academic year, sharing industry insight, contributing to curriculum development and helping learners prepare for their future careers.
The firm will also support students who are preparing to enter employment by conducting mock interviews, helping them develop confidence, strengthen interview techniques and refine their employability skills before taking their next steps beyond college.
Philippa Pearson, of Lanyon Bowdler’s Hereford office, said “We are delighted to be joining the Patron Scheme and to have the opportunity to work more closely with students and staff at our local college.
