Skills Boost – Funding Support for Learners and Businesses
To make higher education more accessible, eligible learners and employers in Herefordshire can apply for a Skills Boost financial grant to support upskilling.
- Businesses in Herefordshire can upskill their resident employees by up to £12,000 and claim 50% of the costs back (up to £6,000) through the Skills Boost programme.
- The grant is open to businesses of any size, as long as employees are residents of Herefordshire.
- No individual can receive more than £1,500 funding grant towards their course fees.
- Funding is available until the funding is fully allocated or until the end of the current financial year.
