This course joins the ideas and techniques of yoga and Pilates. It is mixed ability and therefore, focuses on adaptations and variations, ensuring that all participants can engage and benefit from each session.
Participants explore a variety of floorwork exercises and sequences, blending elements of yoga and Pilates to promote strength and stability from the inside out. Through guided sessions, students learn how to activate their core muscles effectively, enhancing their overall posture and body awareness.
