This charge identified is applicable to learners aged 16-18 who qualify for funding. Learners aged 19+ will have to pay this charge and possibly tuition and exam fees. This course is designed to develop the practical skills and theoretical understanding of engineering in the modern world. The focus of this course is on the skills and understanding associated with modern engineering concepts and products, the materials associated with them and the techniques used to service, repair and manufacture them. Individuals further develop their skills in our fantastic workshops, using a range of specialist equipment, under the guidance of our expert staff, who have extensive industrial experience in the engineering sector.
Level 2 Extended Certificate in Engineering.
Progression routes may include Level 3 Engineering Extended Diploma or Apprenticeship.
