Jaga UK was first established in Ledbury in 1991 and is part of a global enterprise with its headquarters in Belgium. They are now leading the way with sustainable heating and cooling convectors that optimise renewable energy, and the business is set to expand significantly with the global initiative to be net zero by 2050.

The role:

  • Internal sales and technical support position
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to develop company strategy in terms of vision, focus, goals, and objectives to drive business growth and profitability
  • Support external sales team
  • Handling of customer enquiries in terms of commercial, technical and logistical
  • Preparation and delivery of offers and quotations
  • Assistance in the preparation and delivery of technical submittals
  • CRM best practice maintenance
  • Opportunity development
  • Development of marketing initiatives
  • Cross-functional support to other departments
  • General office administration
  • Any other reasonable task delegated from the Technical & Training Manager

Desired qualifications:

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above
