What will the apprentice be doing?
Answering customer phone calls with a polite and professional demeanour.
Raising support tickets and accurately assigning them to the appropriate tier for resolution.
After a few months (or working towards), manage your own tickets and resolve customer problems or requests (Tier 1).
Serving customers in our shop, which includes:
Understanding customer enquiries and providing accurate answers.
Recommending the right products based on customer needs.
Processing customer transactions efficiently.

Qualifications
GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) desirable
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On completion of a successful apprenticeship, a permanent position may be discussed
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Information and Communications Technician qualification
This will also include functional skills if required.
End point assessment
Certificate of completion of the standard.
You may have to attend formal college sessions (if English & maths are required).
You will learn the knowledge, skills and behaviours related to the apprenticeship standard.
