What will the apprentice be doing?
- Greet patients in the facilities and over the phone
- Assist doctors, nurses and patients

GCSE or equivalent English and maths (Grade 4) desirable.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There is room for progression within the surgery. They have an onsite dispensary which there may be an opportunity to progress to a Dispenser with the additional training.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service level 2.
- This will also include Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.
- End point assessment.
- Certificate of completion of the standard.
- You may have to attend formal college sessions (if English & maths are required).
- You will learn the knowledge, skills and behaviours related to the apprenticeship standard.
