This charge identified is applicable to learners aged 16-18 who qualify for funding. Learners aged 19+ will have to pay this charge and possibly tuition and exam fees. On our commercial farm you will develop the practical skills, knowledge and behaviours to help you take a step closer to working in the industry or further education. You will gain knowledge in the fundamentals of agriculture including livestock, crop and machinery work and you will develop industry skills and behaviours.
City and Guilds Level 2 Technical Certificate in Agriculture
Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Agriculture, Animal or Equine Management or apprenticeships. Employment options include assistant farm worker, herdsperson, shepherd or shepherdess, agricultural machinery operator.
