This qualification will enable you to carry out a full manicure treatment on clients and have the confidence in the theoretical knowledge of the hand and arm. 100% attendance will be required in order to complete all the elements of the course.
You will learn:
• How to file and shape the nail
• Cuticle work and removal
• Hand and arm massage
• Luxury treatments – paraffin wax, hand mask and mitts, exfoliation and hot oil treatments
• Finishing the nail with nail polish styles
L2 NVQ Award in Manicure Services
Progression onto the VTCT L2 Certificate in Nail Technology or other treatment areas, such as pedicure, tanning, eye treatments or skin care.
Times: Wednesday evenings, 6.00 to 9.00pm
Dates: 10th January to 21st February 2024 (no class on 14th February)
