This course provides a detailed insight into two fundamental aspects of running a business. Students will learn how to recruit and select the right people and will take part in the practical activities of producing relevant documentation and mock interview roleplays. The finance module will enable students to learn about how to manage not only the finances of a business, but also their own finances from a personal perspective – excellent skills for life!
