The intermediate level course is designed to further develop the skills gained on the beginners’ course. The course will focus on more advanced cake designs and decorating techniques including piping cupcakes with buttercream and piping flowers, wired flowers and modelling.

Rolling pin (small)
Paint brush
Sugar glue
Notepad and pen

Cocktail sticks, ball tool
J cloths x 3, tea towel, apron
Flower modelling paste (white)
Cupcakes, butter Cream, icing (sugar paste)
