This charge identified is applicable to learners aged 16-18 who qualify for funding. Learners aged 19+ will have to pay this charge and possibly tuition and exam fees. The Level 3 course will focus, refine and advance your practical skills in preparation, cooking and presenting a wide range of foods. You will work as part of a team in the College’s industry-standard kitchen and restaurant developing supervision skills, as well as complete a period of industry work experience with an employer. You will also have the opportunity to take part in events, visits and competitions which will enable you to gain valuable experience. This qualification is the equivalent of up to 84 UCAS Points.

Speciality Advanced courses such as Patisserie or a Foundation Degree in culinary arts. Employment in a role within the industry.
