This charge identified is applicable to learners aged 16-18 who qualify for funding. Learners aged 19+ will have to pay this charge and possibly tuition and exam fees. The Level 3 Diploma in ICT Competence is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to progress their career within the lucrative IT sector, or to enter higher education.
