To pro-actively engage with existing and prospective employers to promote and generate suitable work experience placements for full-time student cohorts, and to carry out regular progress and target setting reviews for an agreed caseload, supporting students and employers through the whole work experience journey, from start through to successful completion.
Initially working across a number of potential sectors, which could include Construction, Engineering, Digital and Business, the role does not require a background in any particular sector where students will be placed, but will require good communication, customer service, IT and administration skills. The post-holder will work closely with course tutors and curriculum teams and will be based at our campus in Hereford, but may also be required to carry out reviews and visits across Herefordshire and neighbouring counties.
